‘Way back in September (August?) we spent money on exercise equipment – a treadmill for me and a stationary bike for Lloyd. As with everything in life, we used it faithfully for about a month, then they were just conversation pieces in the living room. (That’s right, the living room. Smack dab in the central hub. If we had put them in the basement or anywhere else, they wouldn’t have been used two days in a row.) Anyway, I have lowered my goal substantially. I used to walk for 30 minutes, so I decided that 10 would be just grand. 10 minutes a day? Any idiot can do that. Tonight I increased my productivity by 10%!! I tried to take a picture at 11 minutes, but I kept goofing up. Ah, I feel healthier already.

Number of calories that she can eat, because she burned that many? That’s my guess, anyway. But instead of any of that stuff she had 2 Miller High Lives.
Lauren says
Hey! That’s only 300 calories….er, maybe I should up my walking quota…
Brad says
It took me forever to find stuff that was 40 calories per serving. Criminy! But I liked Lauren’s picture caption. I had to respond.
Lauren says
Did you look around in your kitchen, or online? Because I have to know about that milk substitute.
