First of all, I must say – Happy Birthday, Keren!!!!! Woo-hoo!!
Lloyd’s school had it’s Gala on Saturday, and we went to help (plus mooch a free, delicious meal). We got to check in the spiffily-dressed folks. They have a dinner, silent auction, then live auction. I’m sure they made a lot of money, but I was outbid on the one thing I thought was cool – a bag full of books. C’est la vie.
I’d write more but I’m beat. Somehow I keep running out of time. My battle cry is, “Survive March!”

Our auction is this Saturday, but it’s CRAZY expensive. Too bad. I really like silent auctions. So actually, maybe it’s good I can’t go? 🙂
What did you eat? Crabcakes?
Lauren says
No, chickencakes. Drowned in a marinara sauce with a side of green beens and mashed potatoes that looked like a frosting rose. I should have taken a picture! (The salad was delish -- but probably not as good as one of yours.)
Peggy says
Lloyd … stop doing an air drum solo & get back to work. Focus man, focus.
Lloyd says
Not just drums, Bongos. I’m going to finally play with the Ukulele players.
