Here we see the Lloyd in his unnatural habitat – the backyard.
Tonight we sat outside for a good….seven minutes, I’d say.  We’re trying to stay awake until a respectable hour. (Lloyd’s tuckered out because of yesterday’s baseball party, I’m tired because I had nightmares all night that a thousand children were enrolled in my room for summer care.)  Lloyd said he’d stay outside until the first mosquito bit him, then he was going inside. (And that means ‘for the rest of the summer’.)
We take our shoes off when we go outside to keep the patio clean.Â
Kristi says
Perhaps we should all start calling him “The Lloyd,” kinda like “The Donald.” Speaking of “The Donald,” whose hair is better?
Brad says
The Lloyd needs a catchphrase, like The Donald’s “You’re fired!”
Kristi says
A possible catchphrase for The Lloyd: “I’ll drink to that.”
Lauren says
Great -- now I’ll spend all day thinking of a catchphrase instead of working. Thanks. (Annette, if you’re reading this -I’m kidding!
Kristi says
Lauren’s catchphrase: “I’m tired!”
Peggy says
Don’t upset the ecosystem! The mosquitos need you! Do your part!
(did you know that unlike most birds, the common loon has solid bones.)
Lauren says
That’s just loony.
Kristi says
Is that what The Lloyd would say?
Lauren says
Yes -- with a British accent.
