The worst thing in the world, in my opinion, is coming home from work and figuring out what to eat. I don’t mind cooking so much, it’s the thinking that stinks. Normally this isn’t such a big deal because we’re stocked up from Sam’s, but that supply has run now dry. Until we can get into Lincoln, what on earth will we have for dinner? You pick! Keep in mind that anything that looks edible on these shelves has probably expired.

4 oz olive oil, 2 c cornmeal, 4T honey, 1/ can green chilis, 1 t salt, 6 T soda, 1/3 m/l jar of spaghetti sauce, the can of Delmonte stuff. Mix, put in a deep baking pan, and bake for 30 min at 250°F. If you prefer it burnt, bake at 400°F.

Don’t worry … the important thing is you have plenty of wine … go for cocktails & ordorves … Club crackers with PB, wine, wine, wine, light a candle & enjoy!

Those club crackers are fresh. I just bought them when I was there. I like just eating them plain with Pepsi. Then you could have marshmallows for dessert. Sorry I ate all the colored ones, but I remember you having plain ones…

No ideas for supper. As you know, I like to watch cooking shows while thinking, “I wish someone would make that for me!”
More importantly, did you really write this post at 5:42 a.m. ?
Jill says
If only there was a pizza place in Seward, you could order in and not have to think…
