I spent Friday evening sleeping, fending off the terrible germs that the children bring to school, then woke up late on Saturday. Around 10:00, my friend Kate called to ask if I wanted to go see a special art display in town. It was at a local antique shop, and Annette went along, so she can’t play this game.
Here is one of the more obscurely decorated items. Care to guess what it is, and what it’s celebrating?
UPDATE: perhaps just a snippet of another piece:
Karla says
I think it’s plastic Walmart bags celebrating spring.
Brad says
It’s a giant replica of a wren’s nest? Celebrating the sisterhood of women who love Patrick Dempsey?
Kristi says
Uplifting! Ha! It makes me want to cross my heart.
Lauren says
Hee hee!
Lauren's mom says
“Looks like Spring to me!
Deborah says
Was this in Seward? That’s almost scandelous!
Karla says
Did this art show come with a rating, like movies do? Goodness!
Lloyd says
Yeah, I think it was rated 36c.
Kristi says
So, Lloyd, which one are you buying for your lovely wife?
Lloyd says
My impression was that they are not for sale. I’m really pushing for Lauren to get a bra made out of carbon nanofibers. I’m really into high tech devices, and Lauren likes gadgets of all sorts. This just seems like a natural mating of the two interests.
Kristi says
Please stop; you’re scaring me.
Kristi says
Let’s see Lauren’s artistic skills on this one. I don’t want to see what Lloyd would do.
