Eco-nut here. Word on the street is that you can recycle Crocs! There’s no actual proof of that at this point, but I’m glad to know that the crazy plastic shoes I bought might be turned into newer crazy shoes is encouraging. Also, if you lop the top off the metal Tom’s of Maine toothpaste tube you can throw it in with your cans. Ta-da!
Brad says
I think there were some econuts in a bag of mixed nuts I got at Christmas time. I threw them away.
Kristi says
What about the nut who threw away those nuts?
Karla says
There was a whole episode of the Celebrity Apprentice about recycling Crocs. I think the Donald needed to get rid of some of his old ones to make way for the new Trump Crocs -- diamond encrusted, of course…
Peggy says
Whenever I’ve heard someone talking about recycling crocs, they always make quotation marks with their fingers when they say recycle…like when people say I’ll file this in the “circular” file …
Beth says
You mean…you’re already thinking about giving those beauties up?
I can’t imagine it. Mine are a new staple in my wardrobe…
Lauren's mom says
Put “em in your garden and plant pansies in ’em…..
or bacopa, or impatiens, or alyssum. or….
Annette says
Oh, hi Lauren’s mom, I thought you were Brad!
Lloyd says
My mom and Brad would have a field day talking plants. I’m a disappointment to them both.
Lloyd says
Hey, that’s really me, Lauren. Typing on an iPhone is hard.
Annette says
You wore them to the soccer game first, right?
