Lloyd and I went to Annette’s son’s graduation party tonight (Friday). He and several friends, including our neighbor, went together and put on a big bash at our country club. It was totally the smart way to do it. They had a great dinner to start (and beautiful weather), and then a dance later. All the parents put together neat displays about their sons. My picture is of course blurry, but here’s Trevor’s. Nicely done, Annette!
The dance was adorable, since for the first five dances only the little kids were out on the floor. After a while, though, the adults joined the fun. We stayed until a little before 10, when I got two – count ’em, TWO – mosquito bites! I guess summer is here.

Summer is not here. I’m still in school!
Congratulations anyway, Trevor (and Annette)!

Wow! That’s a really long thumb …
Wow! “Our” country club … a First Lady Perk? (Please don’t forget us little people)
Wow! Way to go Trevor! God’s Blessings on your future! (FYI Annette: Offspring may get older, but we don’t … it’s in the bible, don’t bother checking)

Two pictures of men’s wedding bands… What does this mean?
Lauren says
They just happened to be there. They’re John and Lloyd’s hands, and they are NOT a couple. (Lloyd belongs to Samith.)
Karla says
But who’s the hitch-hiker?
Lauren says
John, but it looks to me like he’s trying to push that guy over.
