Diggin’ in the trunk.

February 18, 2009

I was desperate for post material, and I also had to watch Top Chef (it’s the semi-finals, y’know), so I started digging through the coffee table/trunk/ Lauren’s dining table for some old photos. Can you even see this? It’s a photo of a photo with a terrible camera. Meh.

Googly eyes.

It hung on my door in college. It’s Brad (after we had shaved his head), Kathryn (all dolled up), Lauren (back when I wore contacts) and Lloyd (no beard and giant hair). The all-new Peanuts gang!

There, that’s good enough for tonight’s post, right? Gotta get back to the show – commercial’s over!

First post! Whee! On to more important things, was that one of the best episodes of Top Chef or what? I loved it, with the exception of the elimination. Oh well, can’t win ’em all.

Fantastic cartooning. I especially love the teeth. Hee.

Now I don’t feel quite as bad about my boxes of photos in the basement. I’m so glad we’re on to digital now.

We all look exactly the same! We’ve hardly aged at all since college.

Love Kathryn’s earrings, and I see she’s singing, too.

Shouldn’t this post have been called “Junk in my Trunk” instead?

Lauren-I LOVE LOVE LOVE that picture!!! It is so funny (& cute)!!! I keep looking at it & laughing. But my question is, what did Brad & Katherine do to cause you to shave Brad’s head & punch out Katherine’s teeth?

    And why is everyone crosseyed?

    • Lauren Said on:

Peggy, Kathryn is singing opera in the picture, and Todd, that is a very specific style of cartooning called ‘beginner’. 😀 (How come I can’t make that smiley face cross-eyed?)
