Saturday morning our internet was down, so I was forced to read the phone book to find the phone number for our cable company. Gah – are we living in the dark ages?
Flip, flip, flip – all that paper! All that remembering alphabetical order. Pure torture. It wasn’t all bad, though. I found the contender for Best Logo in the Yellow Pages!
Brad says
Haha! It’s like Batman in Trigonometry class. He IS very smart, you know. But he’s very rich too, so he probably had lasik eye surgery.
Lauren says
I wish Batman were in my trigonometry class. That was the final straw in the ‘Math Is Hard, What Am I Doing In Here?’ back break. Seriously -- who puts Greek letters in with numerals? That’s like putting sugar in beef stew.
Beth says
I didn’t know that Math was so hard (and that I wasn’t all tha tgood at it) until I was two classes shy of a Math major in college. I stuck it out, but I had/have no idea what any of my classes were about.
And I’m on board. Best. Logo. Ever.
Have you emailed those guys?
Deanne says
Lauren, thank you for the proper use of subjunctive case. It has all but disappeared in the English language. And I’m just not ready to let it go.
Beth says
HAHAHA!!! You should go to their website. The graphics alone make me smile. 😀
Curt says
Beth, is your computer running any faster?
Beth says
Um. It’s not running faster. And I think it might be running slower…
Making me *C*R*A*Z*Y*!!
Peggy says
HA! Is that tape on his glasses? Nice detail ‘Geeks to the Rescue’…nice detail!!
