Hitting the big 4-0 made me decide to start taking calcium, when it’s probably way too late in the game to do anything about bone loss. I’m not super-concerned about it, since (thank you, school job that provides milk) I have at least 3 – 4 servings of milk a day. Still, it’s a good idea to supplement.
I bought this giant bottle of slightly-flavored chalky tablets. I was really hoping for the burst of flavor you get from Vitamin C tablets, but these are not those. You finish one and think, “Yeah, that could have been cherry……maybe.”
I’ve decided Lloyd has to eat them, too, and my mood decides his flavor.
Happy with Lloyd? He may have orange or cherry.
Still has that stupid long hair? He must eat grape.
We’re running low on grape.
