Happy Birthday, Keren!!!!!!
One of the best things about used bookstores is that they Must Have A Cat, or else they can’t be open. At least, that’s what the rule must be, because Lloyd frequents two (used to be three, but one is gone) stores in Lincoln, and after I’m bored looking at books, there are cats around.
Yellowed Pages has Leo – a gigantic Maine coon cat with a long silky fur and a demanding voice. I love him, and as long as I’m skritching him, he also loves me.
To be fair, Leo also loves Lloyd, or anyone else with hands. The photo is fuzzy, but I was trying to catch how huge he is.
There’s an antique store in Lincoln that has beautiful Bengals, and I used to like going in there to see the cats, but I never bought anything because honestly, I’m not really an antique-type person. I felt like a bad customer, so I don’t go there anymore.
Books are cheap. See you soon, Leo.

He looks like he’s about to say something in that first picture. Wouldn’t it be funny to put words on the picture like he’s saying them? You could even write them in broken English or something. Ha! That would make me laugh out loud.

Somebody else say something so it doesn’t look like my commment killed this post.

Yeah, it’s your comment, not my boring post.
(Thank you, Kristi.) 🙂

Has anybody read the book Dewey the Library Cat? I liked it. I wonder what the story is with this cat. Those sure are some pointy ears.

I hate cats but even I like Leo!
