Brad’s leaving today. Boooooooooo…….. Worst day ever.
Lloyd has been fighting a cold for the past few days, and – God bless him – he has moved out of the bedroom. The first night of this cold he coughed and sneezed and tossed and turned and was generally worth killing quite sick, so I moved downstairs.
Now he lives there, and after waking up Wednesday morning with a very sore throat, we set him up with a humidifier. So, he spent all day in a warm, super-humid room. Did I mention that the high was 95 degrees with 92% humidity? He could just sleep outside. Or open a window. (Honestly, the idea of opening a window did not occur to me until just now. Excuse me while I go suggest that.) (Window is open now.)
Anyway, when I came back home from my meeting tonight, it was like a scene from Forrest Gump.
Feel better soon, Lloyd. I have some stuff I need you to do.
Amy says
Ahahahahahahhah!!!
Brad says
I wonder if it rained in that room last night when the low pressure system went through.
Peggy says
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! That is HILARIOUS! Love it! Did you bring him an ICE CREAM?
And who knew those Seward germs could be so crippling!
Lloyd's Mom says
Your Seward germs and those Texas germs must have gotten together. Didn’t know you were both sick. Tina sounds like you must feel. Hope you both get better.
christina says
I hope you are feeling better. I am almost over my cold as well from last week.
