As you know, I have a limited number of clothes at my disposal. (Due to the bat bug debacle.) On Sunday morning I was going to wear my ‘good’ pair of capris to church, but they were in the dryer and very wrinkled.
No problem. Get a little water on a towel, through it in the dryer with the pants, set it on high for a bit. Dryer Ironing – we’ve all done it, right?
The not so great part? Getting rivet burns when you put the pants on. I was able to unbutton quickly and stop the middle one from burning, but didn’t realize the pocket rivets were also hot until it was too late.
*sigh* Dressing is hard.

I’m a fan of the “get it damp and wear it” ironing technique, especially in the summer. I have a mist bottle I use for such an occasion.
Peggy says
Yup, Dryer ironing…is there any other way?
So cool, now you have 2 little tattoos…you wild thing you.

As I recall, there was a certain amount of hopping around concurrent to the robing maneuver.
Lauren's dad says
Was it the hot rivet jig?

Lauren says
“Be generous -- you’re a giver.” How did they know that about me? It’s so true!
