Beautiful, yet slightly disappointing, magic

Beautiful, yet slightly disappointing, magic

Gadget, Journal

Thank you, Neatorama, for the fabulous link! Just wave your mouse around this site and magical flowers appear! (Well, they do if the site doesn’t crash on you – some people have complained of problems.)

I wanted to show Lloyd how fun it was, and in honor of our upcoming anniversary, I called him over to the computer to show him….

I'm just an old softie.

Then I cleared the screen. “Now you try it!” I watched him draw.

B

Be mine? There’s not enough room on the screen for that.

Bu

Beautiful? That’s not how you spell it.

Bul

Bulletin? What?

Bull

Is he going to swear?

Bulls

Oh, brother.

Then he crossed the l’s.

Thanks, Lloyd. That’s super romantic.

I tried this in Explorer first. It didn’t load. It did work in Firefox though. Pretty…

Awww Lauren…that is sooooo sweet! (Lloyd, it appears you’re a little behind in the sweetness department…butt I’m sure you’ll be pulling up the rear any day now!)

(Yikes…I love this site! I’m going to draw stuff!

This post reminds me of a song my dad used to sing. (he often sang these weird songs that we swore he made up…eventually…sometimes years, we would finally catch it on the radio & we’d be proven wrong) Anyone, this is one that my dad would always say, ‘This song is too peppy to have these lyrics.’ We would say, ‘Dad, you made it up…change the tune.’ But it was a real song all along.
