New Year's Resolutions

New Year’s Resolutions

December 31, 2010

Journal

I’ve decided to not change any fundamental things about myself this year, since that never seems to work out anyway. Instead, I’m embracing my mediocrity. To paraphrase a t.v. show I recently watched: If you’re going to do something uncool anyway, you might as well make it part of your plan.

So, this year I resolve to:

* Sit in front of the computer during all my free time and surf the internet.
* Always have a house that is a state of disarray.
* Procrastinate.
* Become too involved in a few t.v. shows, almost to the point of obsession.
* Get a few more wrinkles
* Refuse to try a new hairstyle

That’s a pretty good start. Happy New Year!

    My New Year’s resolution is to get rid of all of my old spice cans, most of which are hundreds of years old.
    (And get rid of a lot of other stuff, too.) Yeah, right! Like that’s going to happen!
