A good long time ago I was working on my own school stuff while at Lloyd’s school some weekend. Being trapped in a place keeps me focused.
Um, usually.
After a good hour of working at a desk, I looked up at the window.
That crummy old curtain was made from two pieces of cloth quickly stapled together when he first moved into that room. SOMEone was in a big hurry to cover the window and couldn’t be bothered to sew it. Hmmmm…. whoever could be so lazy?
Well, years later I thought I should fix it. With dry-erase marker!
There was some prototyping. I thought a checkerboard pattern would be cool, but that was tedious. I also thought other colors would show, but black was really the only workable option.
Nope. Swirls. Swirls were definitely the way to go.
Swirl. Swirl. Swirl. It just might be my favorite word.
