Lloyd is slowly recovering – yay! – but he’s not well quite yet. I’m a big fan of all the lying around, but with all the night sweats and laundry, it can get a little stinky. He asked if I’d set his pillows out in the sun to air out and I obliged, because occasionally I can be nice.
In fact, to make them have that super-fresh ‘dried in the sun’ scent, I misted them with water. Smart, huh?
Really smart, yes!
In fact, I used the water in the hairspray bottle, as seen at the top of the how-to-remove-wrinkles post:
An hour later I went out to flip the pillows, misted away, then plunged my nose into one to smell that sunshine-fresh goodness!
Um.
Um.
I used hairspray.
I am a moron.

At least it will keep your pillows from looking frizzy…

This type of pillow must be then an early form of the memory-foam. You’re just a few years too late with the discovery.
Peggy says
Hehe….well, thank goodness his fever is gone. Hairspray is highly flamable.
