Journal

Poor, poor Lloyd. He’s still not at the top of his game and for the past couple of weeks I’ve been too busy to make much food for him. It was fine the first week when he didn’t have much of an appetite, but this week we had fast food for every single meal. Some sort of sandwich for him and a ranch snack wrap for me (we split the fries).

I’m posting this photo so you can see that the neatness of my socks has not extended to any other part of my life:

The cheeseburger used to be my go-to fast food choice, but I’m pretty fond of stuff wrapped in tortillas nowadays. Mmmmm…. maybe for lunch….

Do they know you by name at any of the places you go yet? It’s like being famous!

Does that say Runza on the cup? Runza is a fast food place?

And hey, that’s what tables are for….to put stuff on. I have two, one in the kitchen & one in the dining room that I’m not quite sure what color wood they are anymore.

Time to dump stuff into a stock pot and let it simmer for several hours. Yummy soup.
