Every so often I toy with the idea of painting. Not just walls – actual pictures. A couple of months ago I even daydreamed about turning the downstairs guest bedroom into a studio – you know, take out the beds, put in a giant table filled with art supplies and good lighting. I’d work intently on my latest masterpiece, ignoring the mug of tea cooling on the table because I’d be so engrossed in creating my art.
Except, that, um – I’d need to be able to paint. Oh, and I’d have to disconnect the internet from my house. The internet is really holding me back from fulfilling my dreams. (and finishing the laundry.)
Small steps. Small steps.

The fact that you are painting with your left hand shows that you’re up for a good challenge. Keep painting, Picasso.
