Lauren’s mom just called. She didn’t see a new post for the first time in something like 5 years and I think she thought that we were dead.
This is a little test post to see if I transferred things over correctly and to let people know that Lauren isn’t dead.
If you notice anything that doesn’t work, please leave a comment.
Oh, if you notice that Lauren is dead, please call her mom. I’m kinda busy

This is a test comment. If it had been an actual comment, you would have been informed where to tune-in for official news and information.
Kristi says
Wow -- so you’re not dead then either. I wondered what was happening.

Testing… Testing…
All the comment fields were empty. I had to re-enter my name, email, and website. Interesting…
I’m glad you’re not dead.

There was a suspicious file on the website that I didn’t put there, so I nuked the whole thing and started over. It was suppose to be a three hour tour, but the weather started getting rough, one thing led to another and it ended up taking a lot longer.

In the meantime, I baked three delicious coconut cream pies and built several huts. I’m working on a radio but the palm branches won’t bend right.

I noticed that the address bar at the top now says laureanandlloyd.com instead of lloyd first.
All else seems to be working. Which coming from me means nothing, as all I do is click on the title to refresh, read, and then comment.
Lloyd says
Oh, and since I’m asking things anyway, does the website seem faster to you? I always think that any little thing that I do to the website that has even a remote chance to make it faster really does. But I think most of the time that’s just wishful thinking.
but it does seem snappier, doesn’t it?
Brad says
It seems faster to me.
Beth says
It’s faster at my house, too.
