Dang it, I forgot to get an all-group photo, but Kris and the Gebhardts came over. (Kris brought one of her daughters in to audition for some music scholarships at Concordia. We’re wishing her luck!) We sat around and swapped stories about what’s happening now and what happened long ago, and it was good and goofy. 🙂
I thought about fretting over what to have for snacks. I fear cooking for other people, so no dinner was made. Instead, after everyone ate we gathered around a motley assortment of leftover Valentine cookies from work today, Valentine candy from my kids, cheese, crackers, sausage, nuts, and a container of Christmas candy.
Don’t tell me I don’t know how to set out a spread.
Brad says
Are those gum balls? Gum and crackers? I’m intrigued. I must get to the store…
Deborah says
Yes, gum balls. They were good until you put them in your mouth.
Peggy says
Ha!
And I think the whole purpose of snacks is to have lots of variation. So you done good!
