Dang it. It’s time for bed and I forgot to make a post. All I’ve got is that my keys have been missing since Sunday. I’ve been playing the ‘They’ll turn up eventually ‘ game for several days, but on Wednesday I actually looked around and even drove to WalMart to check if I had left them there, but no dice.
Have you seen my keys?

For some reason, I’m thinking of “Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure”. Do you think you traveled back in time and stole your keys from yourself?

Ha!

Well I certainly do hope they turn up soon! When I can’t find my keys, I’m frantic!
(I just so happened to “lose” my work master key over the summer & was indeed frantic. I knew I would have to report it soon which would involve a police report etc. But then I noticed a tiny hole in the little zipper pocket of my purse. Hmmm…..I got scissors and made the hole big enough for my hand to reach down into the lining of my purse & low and behold … there it was! Along with several missing chapsticks.)

We once lost Ditto (Gracen’s stuffed puppy -- the one he can’t live without.) We looked everywhere, even the pots and pan cupboard where he had hidden once before. We called our friend’s house where we had visited -- nope. Panic was soon in set in -- it was January, bedtime, and very dark outside -- a boy needs his puppy. I stopped, and prayed. Yep, sounds silly for something as simple as a lost stuffed animal (or keys). But guess what? Within the next 5 minutes I found Ditto -- in the backyard, stuck to a snow pile. Why did I even think to look outside???? Gracen, by the way, had run through our backyard before going to visit our friends and had dropped Ditto without knowing it. Now I pray whenever I can’t find something. “Please direct my eyes.” It has always worked.

Love that! It is especially applicable since I’m always losing things…hope you find your keys, Lauren.
