Our friend Gina (from high school and college) is visiting with her two daughters, and she says that her mom checks in at LloydandLauren from time to time.
Hooray! Hello! Your girls are an absolute delight and we’ve loved having them here! We ate pizza, went to Dairy Queen, walked around Seward and visited the Pesters for a little while. The girls are playing with the cats and Ralph, Wally and Emme really seem to have taken a shine to them.
No more time to write, so have a great Friday, all!
Brad says
I’ll say “hi” to Gina’s mom too! And to Gina! Are the girls checking out Concordia?
Karla says
Psst, Brad. She reads your blog too. 😉
Lauren, how come if I change my name, my comment waits for moderation. 🙁
Lauren says
I don’t know. Our spam filter is pretty aggressive. Have you been eating a lot of pork?
Karla Marie says
No more than usual. A pound of bacon for breakfast, a pound of bacon for lunch and then I usually have a few beers for supper -- you know, so I don’t overdo it.
Lauren says
😀
Karla Marie says
Hi Mrs Oetting! Will you please tell your daughter to get a smarter phone that she can decently text on? Please? Thank you. Hope all is well with you and Mr. Oetting!
Gina says
Ha! One of these days…years 🙂
Peggy says
Ciao!
Peggy says
You say ciao, and I say ciao,
Ciao, Ciao,
I don’t know why you say ciao, I say ciao
Ciao, Ciao
I don’t know why you say ciao, I say ciao…
(this song just doesn’t work in Italian)
