Beth turned 40 on Thursday, and had an all-call for everyone in the education department at Concordia to wear pink, which they did in spades. Pink spades.
Friday night she held a Pink Party, which was a huge success! Attendees were instructed to wear pink and come with a Pink Party Attitude – which they did. It was great: great food, great drinks, delicious cupcakes and funny pink presents. We all ribbed her about turning 40, which seems funny now, but will just get sadder to her as time goes by.
Enjoy your fading near vision, Beth. You will miss it dearly.

Happy Happy Birthday, Beth. Thanks for letting us join your Pink Celebration! Oh what fun to be 40! I want to know if this is a precursor to being a Red Hat Lady…
(I was going to add a link, but couldn’t get it to form the hyperlink.) Lloyd, Lauren…help?
