It is (and is going to be) a very busy week. Tomorrow is the Potato Bake, and after some parent-teacher conferences, I went over to wash and wrap the potatoes but it turned out that there was a big fancy dinner going on in the fellowship hall. Er… uh….. I didn’t want anyone to see how I wash those potatoes in the big dishwasher, so Lloyd helped me haul them all home and we washed them in our dishwasher. (No soap, just the rinse cycle.)
I see by the archives that I made a ton of salads last year. Well, forget that. We bought some giant jars of 3-bean salad at Sam’s Club, I made a pasta salad, and this is my first attempt at lemon bars. (Not a salad.)
Here’s to tomorrow! I hope we have enough salads.

Interesting. Didn’t I read something about how you could cook stuff in the dishwasher too? Maybe that’s the only appliance you would ever need!
Beth says
Do you need more salads? I could bring a salad.

I just saw this. Thanks for the offer! We did fine, though. Thank the Lord that there was plenty of food!
