So, when I came home on Friday to the delightfully empty driveway and patio, the Honda was gone and the Prius was on the street. I went inside but Lloyd was gone. I figured he was gassing up the Honda. Right then my phone rang and it was Lloyd. I expressed delight over the setup and he said, “Don’t get too comfortable. You need to come jump start me. I’m west on Highway 34 at 322nd street.”
I jumped in the truck and headed east as fast as I could!
Five minutes later Lloyd called again. “Are you headed west?”
Errrr…….
I turned around and found him, we jumped the Honda and drove the backroads (since shhhhhhh – the Honda isn’t registered anymore), but needed to jump start it one more time. That old battery didn’t have enough power to turn the corner. Poor old Honda.

I keep forgetting you have the Honda. Do you have plans for it, or will it just be sitting in your driveway until weeds grow up through the engine block?
Lauren says
I think the plan is to not decide on a plan until it turns in to a pile of rust. Weedy rust.
I asked Lloyd if he just wanted to leave the keys in it with a sign that said ‘FREE’.
Lloyd says
I have plans to prosper the Honda and not to harm it, but they are still a little nebulous.
