Boy. I was up late Sunday night. I worked until 10 and had stupidly drank (drunk?) Pepsi after 6. I came home and was wired. This morning I woke up all sore from climbing up and down a ladder all evening – and tired – so there’s that. Then there was the rage and gratitude thing. Then there was the noisy children thing. Then there was the call from the workers who needed to be inside the building but no one had a key so I left my class and went over to unlock it. Then there were more noisy children. Wait,….same noisy children. Then I realized that the Concordia practicum students (three sets for me) start tomorrow, and also the observers. Then a new staff person came who needed to be trained. Then it started to storm right as we went outside. Then people asked me questions.
….and I snapped.
I was short and rude to a co-worker.
Dang it.
I apologized later, but feel a little bad about it.
Brad says
Dang it, I typed a whole English lesson on simple and participle past tenses, and lost it.
I hope your day is better today! Take care of yourself!
Kristi says
The end is in sight, right? I hope things go smoothly today and the rest of the week.
Lauren's mom says
Yay! Put those Concordia kids to work moving stuff to the new CDC…and climbing ladders, etc. They will love it! And it’s a learning experience.
