There was an auction in Lincoln but there wasn’t anything he was interested in buying, so we ran some errands. (Really, they were my errands, but I made Lloyd go along.)
It was snowing throughout the day and it looked just like we were driving in a snow globe. We pulled over when I saw a sign for a bookstore. It was in the basement of a house in one of the ‘quaint/small town’ areas of Lincoln. It was tiny and adorable, but the owner was a little too talky for my taste. Tell us what each room contains, but not each shelf, please.
This guy had books in all the rooms, even the tiny little kitchen. So, so cute.
Back home, we stopped by the center so I could put up the next flame on the Advent wreath. It was fun to see the snow on the playground.
Home for naps and …. naps.

What a fun way to set up a bookstore! Did you make any purchases?
Brad says
Does he actually live in the bookstore part? It seems like it would be awkward to walk around in a tiny space like that, especially if it looks like a lived-in house.
Lauren says
Yeah, we bought some books. 🙂
I don’t think he lived there, but it’s possible that he lived upstairs.
