I am at a conference today (Thursday) and tomorrow morning. It’s at the Carol Joy Holling camp, which is very nice. My room is in the Sjogren Center (which is hard to say). All the early childhood people are in this building. Our rooms are like hotel rooms, but we have a shared bathroom down the hall. Hmmm….. I guess night peeing might get difficult. “I’m locked out!”
Anyway, it has been good. It’s an administrator’s conference, so I feel like a spy. (I’m the ‘assistant director’ at the CDC.) It’s good to hear and think about things from another viewpoint, but I still get grumpy. However, as Doctor Who said, “Thinking is just a fancy word for changing your mind”. I’m doing some good thinking.
