I baked a Brie.

I saw some photo of an easy appetizer: a wheel of Brie wrapped in puff pastry and then baked. The cheese melts and you scoop up the oozy goodness with bread chunks or apples or whatever. You can also put different jams or things on the cheese before wrapping. I tried raspberry jam and nuts on one part and cwrmelized onions on the other, since this was a prototype.

It was ok. I was not super-fond of the sweet. I really liked the onions. Since it was baked in a roaster on the floor, it browned before the inside got melts hot. Despite all that, it was ok. Brad made a delicious salad to go with it and it made a fine supper.
