Back to work

January 1, 2018

It has been a very nice vacation. I wasn’t expecting to have as much time off as I did, but numbers were low at the Center so I wasn’t needed. I have a few regrets about not getting very much accomplished, but absolutely do not regret the soul-healing sitting around. Remember ‘hygge’? Well, those northern geniuses have another thing (which I can’t find after lots of Googling) that recommends sitting around doing nothing from Christmas until New Year’s Eve. It starts with an ‘r’ and trust me, it’s a thing. It must be – it was on the internet.

Anyway, I go back to work on Tuesday. New year, new people at work, new this and that, but same old me.

Happy Tuesday, y’all.

Sorry you’re back to work. I hope it’s an easy week. I mean, apart from the frozen pipes.
