I really don’t have much to talk about. I hurt my back sleeping on the hammock – well, getting up off the hammock – and have been babying it for a while. As such, I am sitting on the sofa a bunch and doing nothing,

My trainer says a foam roller thing that you put on the floor and roll up and down your back makes your back feel better.
I did not believe her until this week. I had a few sessions where all I did was roll on it for the whole session. It was amazing. I’m convinced.
