I tried to do some housework when I got home last night, and that kind of put me off my game. I watched t.v. later than usual and then was too tired to think of anything to write.
At school, I have a notebook that is my ‘brain’. I used to keep my to-do list in my back pocket, but having an notebook is better because I can look back at the previous days and see what didn’t get done. Then I can decide if I’m going to add it to today’s list or just acknowledge that it’s never going to happen. (I like option 2 a lot.)
Yesterday morning, I even added a whole bunch of things to do when I got home. Early Morning Lauren is full of energy and optimism. Evening Lauren laughs and is content if two of those things gets done. Maybe that’s what I’ll shoot for: two things.

I always have a to do list going…. sometimes i write things on it just to mark them off! That feels nice. I also have some option 2’s. Lol you crack me up!

My “list” is sticky-notes on my desk. Lately, instead of doing the tasks and taking the sticky notes off, I just keep adding new layers of notes on top of the old ones.
