Parent-Teacher Conferences

I had my second night of conferences tonight. I spread them way out over a couple of weeks, but there were five tonight and I got home around 8. They went fine, I just don’t have any good post material.

I guess I could write about dinner. I meant to make a lasagna on Sunday and have that to take to work this week (I have conferences from about 5:30-7/7:30), but that didn’t happen. Instead I took some sub-par biscuits and gravy for dinner. It wasn’t great, but it did the trick.

Have a very fine Tuesday, everyone.

Hehe… Seriously though, I love biscuits. I should make some tomorrow…

Biscuits and gravy… yum. Jimmy Dean sausage is the best for that.
