The topic of potatoes came up with some people, and I decided to document how I make potatoes. (……. though I hardly ever make them.)
So, take your taters, wash them, cut them in wedges. I like thin wedges.Put them in a bowl.
Pour on some olive oil.
Then get out all your spices. Steak seasoning, everything-but-the-bagel seasoning, Lawry’s – you name it. Shake it all on.
Stir that around, spread on a baking sheet (lined with the same sheet of foil you’ve been using all pandemic) and bake at 425 for 30 minutes (flip them once) or until they are brown and whistling/screaming.
