Ok, let’s just get it out in the open that this is NOT a real card – it’s just a funny thought that popped in my head, and like all prototypes, had to be carried out immediately. But if we WERE going to send out cards, this would be it.

Haha! I printed this out so I could pretend you sent a Christmas card. I haven’t sent cards in forever because they mostly seem to be about peoples’ kids, and I don’t have any. And if I wrote about Ned, I would just sound like a crazy cat man.
So Merry Christmas to everyone who reads these comments! You’re not getting a Christmas card!
Lauren has started tell her student teachers to save all of the mugs that they get, because before too long they will get married, and a little while after that they will buy a house, and a little while after that they will have a strange and somewhat inexplicable desire to build a retaining wall, and by then they should have enough mugs to build one out of.

This was the perfect card to read while I was listening to the Charlie Brown Christmas song in the background.
Guess what Lauren, someone bought us a dvd/vcr for the Center for Christmas…..urggg, now what am I going to do with the one that’s coming???
er, not Brad says
Have you gotten a present for Brad yet?
Annette says
I am pretty sure there will be a fairly sizeable selection of mugs to re-gift! (I got kids, so the treats are already gone!)
Brad says
Aaahh! No more mugs!
hehehe…
