Sunday was Fantasy Baseball Auction Day, or – as it is for Lloyd, Christmas. The day began with early church, not regular church, because Lloyd needed lots of time to set up for his baseball party at school. (They do it up pretty slick – computers, projectors and giant screens to keep track of everyone’s bids, plenty of pizza and pop for the crowd.) Anyway, there would be some wonderful pictures of it, since he took the camera along….but he didn’t take any photos.
My day was pretty good – TWO naps (the first one before 11!), some laundry, and some chores. That’s about it.

I don’t know anything about Baseball Auction Day … but Feliz Navidad Lloyd!
I gotta say “Go O’s!” (fat chances this year)

I took an early nap yesterday, too! Mine was at 12:30-ish. I slept sitting up on my couch. It was the strangest nap…
As for the other stuff, I understand the words “Fantasy”, “Baseball”, “Auction”, and “Day”. I can’t make any sense of them in that order though.

We heard a comedian refer to it as ‘Fantasy Accounting’, and that’s really much more accurate.
Lloyd says
Lauren and Samith call it Imaginary Baseball.

I’m pretty sure I would call it lunch, with the drone of geeky sports fans in the back ground, and then nice white noise for a long nap.
