Reunion – Complete!

July 8, 2007

We’re back from Missouri, and we didn’t lose Brad.  In fact, he has been initiated into the Sommerer family and now is one of us.  It’s late Sunday night here, and I really need to go to bed, so here are some temporary pictures until I can write more.  (Hi, Julie!  Hi, Aunt Cleo!)

I don’t think Brad realized how heavily ukuleles would play into the weekend.

Ladies and gentlemen, the class of 1988.

Hey, Steve!  You’re on our website!!

Why do Sam's eyes always look evil?

Rachel decorated their van – what an artist!  Happy Birthday!!!

The artist formerly known as Rachel.

We spent a good amount of time in the water floating and burning.   This time we even took canoes across the lake!  Brad’s just chock-full of adventursome goodness.

You can't see it, but Lloyd's dad is holding a cigar - a certified floatation device.

Can we (Harold, Beth, Tara and Tim) be your honorary guests next year?

Can you go for us next year?

Best be careful girl. Thar is a Sommerers watchin’

It’s normally only once every 7 years that we have to worry about not being in Seward for the 4th of July. With this new fangled leap year thing it’s happening next year.

If you have to have a leap year, why not make the extra day July 4.5th or have an extra day of Christmas? At the very least always have the extra day fall between a Saturday and a Sunday.

Who came up with this thing?

      • Beth Said on:

We’d be happy to, but there has to be a rockin’ 1st birthday party for Tim.

Look at the people in the previous two posts. With the exception of Lloyd and Lauren and .com they are the most rockin’est people on earth. Of course there can be a party the whole weekends a party!

And a good time was had by all!!

But Lloyd, between your genius computer brain & your new iPhone, could you somehow add music to the first picture? I’d really like to hear the songs!!
