Beth Marshall said we should upload pictures for our High School Reunion Site to Flicker. It’s a good way to share photos, because they are easy to upload and search, and you can comment on the pictures that everyone puts there. Neat stuff.
Well, I found some pictures of Seward sitting on our hard drive today, and I thought I would put them on Flickr too. While I was doing that I noticed that you could also say where the photos were taken, and after that I wondered if anyone else had uploaded pictures from Seward…
(Click on the picture to go to the live map)
Those of you in Seward should, of course, upload your own pictures.
How does it know where you took the picture? Do you tell it for each picture individually? Yikes!
It’s pretty slick. I don’t want to give it away, but I thought it would be much harder than it was. Upload some of your pictures and try it. Upload the pictures then click on Organize.
Is the location of #17 a tattoo shop? And didn’t they open up the time capsule? I don’t remember…
I think the time capsule is 50 years after 1976. But I’m not really sure; it hasn’t been opened yet, but there was one in the news recently.
Interesting, verry intersting ….
PS Cool Popularity addition … but how are you ranking yours? (sounds like I know what I’m talking about, doesn’t it)
I just added that. I didn’t know that it showed up for each post (I was looking at the summary page). There are about 7 things that go into it. I just left it at the default values. I don’t know if it will stay or not.
Hi Lloyd and Lauren!! It was great to see you on Saturday. Did you get the napkins? I, of course, spent too much on stuff that I didn’t need. Oh well. I really did need it at the time!! See you soon!
Lloyd showed great restraint in not buying the napkins. I’m always having to talk him out of foolish linen purchases. 🙂
By they way, you’re added to the ‘Who’s Who’! Do you have a printer so you can print out your t-shirt?
If you upload any pictures (to anywhere) let me know. I want to look at them.
