The CDC Christmas party is this weekend, and we’ve decided to have a Christmas Luau, just to be different! I said that I’d be in charge of drinks and decorations, since it is a no-brainer for me.
See, a couple of years ago we threw a luau for Annette, which was a blast. It was a surprise for her – she was completely shocked. (Mission accomplished!) What did I learn from that party experience? Well, pick a theme, go ahead and buy the stuff, and don’t throw it away! Find some good way to store it all, and you’ll be party-ready in a matter of moments. Well, theoretically. In reality, I like to sit at home and goof around on the computer, and never, ever party. But I could if I wanted to. In an instant.

I like to have “no decoration, no guest” parties, where I don’t invite anyone over and I sit and watch TV. I keep empty buckets in my basement for just such an occasion.

More ghost comments from Deanne! Spooky….
Lloyd’s going to look into why that’s happening. For the record, she just said, “He he…” 🙂
Peggy says
Don’t ghosts generally say “Boooooo…”?
Peggy says
Those colorful buckets are AWESOME!! They just scream…”THERE’S A PARTY GOING ON IN HERE!” I really want the peach one. Too bad we don’t have a store here dedicated to quality party service.

Hey Deanne, If you make a post that is not a reply to another comment, does that show up?
