Short & Sweet

August 22, 2009

They can't all be winners.

Today (Saturday) is our 17th anniversary. Yay!

A Lil’ Rev ukulele concert brought us into Omaha, and Priceline was good enough to get a room for us. Our swanky hotel room charges $12 for internet access, so I’m doing this from their office-y area. No pictures – sorry.

We’ll be spending the day shopping for school shirts for Lloyd and visiting the teacher store.

So, that’s it. They can’t all be winners. Why don’t you tell Lloyd what he should buy for me to mark this auspicious occasion?

Um. New wedding rings. That’s what happens on the 17th anniversary. But I think I’ve mentioned that before.

    A few times.

    Mmm… those are SO good!

The traditional 17th anniversary gift is furniture. A teardrop trailer has little furniture that would definitely for celebrating this momentous occasion.

    Happy 17th Anniversary!!!!!!!
