Well, Saturday was pretty unproductive around these parts. Lauren isn’t feeling well, and that gave me an excuse to put off going to school to work on some computer junk. Instead, we stayed home out of the snow and were mostly slothful. I read a book that I had read before and played a computer game that I played before.
Lauren took a nap and proved that it is, in fact, possible to take a shower after 12:00 on a Saturday. This is a feat that I had here-to-fore thought impossible. I had based that on my observation that if I hadn’t taken a shower before noon on a Saturday, I would just give bathing a miss for the day (barring some function that required I be semi-presentable).
Oh yeah, the picture is left over from the auction trip last weekend. I just found it today and wanted to share.
Brad says
Did you buy that for me for Christmas?
Wait… don’t tell me. I want it to be a surprise.
deanne says
Oh, my; that would take up your whole living room!
Peggy says
You mean before she caught H1N1 right?
(those darn pigs & their unceasing squeals for political correctness!)
Lloyd says
Maybe ‘Swine Fever’ would be the better term. She has developed a real fondness for Ham and Ribs.
Kristi says
What kind of auction was this? I see more green signs behind you. And do I dare ask what you paid for such a beauty? How about a sign that leads to Foster? Can you get one of those?
Lloyd says
The signs weren’t actually part of the auction. They just looked like a nice spot to take a picture. As for Foster, all roads lead to Foster.
Kristi says
In a perfect world, my friend, in a perfect world.
