The weather, she is fickle.

April 23, 2010

Oh what a difference an hour can make. This is the difference between my drive in to Lincoln and then meeting up with Lloyd at Lincoln Lutheran (after I had shopped for a bit) to see how Fun Night was going.

That is one mad-looking sky.

That’s Matt (a teacher) with his iPad and some wicked storm-tracking skilz. He pointed out some small areas that could potentially turn into something, and that was pretty dang cool. I think it would be fun to watch an almost-tornado develop. Thrilling and frightening!

It turned out that the storm passed us by, and the children continued their dancing none the wiser.

That’s a cool looking sky. I love the approach of big storms.

Do you think the dark clouds have anything to do with zombies?

And the storms in the midwest are ever so much more cool than the ones here. I’m sure it’s related to the zombies…

I love clouds -- ligh,t white, fluffy ones, and dark, angry green/grey/black ones. There is something powerful there that just makes me awestruck. The fluffy ones just make me smile.

Whoops that message was sent from Sam’s computer but the message was from Rae. I forget than when i am at home the computer doesn’t belong to me.
