I had trouble sleeping last night so I’m headed to bed early. I have no post fodder, and trying to think of some is as bad as when I went to WalMart after work and stood in the cereal aisle for a reeeaaaallllly long time, unable to make a decision because I was tired.

I’m taking the post off. Tell us what you had/ are having for breakfast.

    Flax and Carnation of course. But I have recently cut back to only one package of Carnation. It was partially to save money, and partially to cut out some calories. I’m still doing two heaping tablespoons of flax though.
