I believe that I’ve complained before about how my truck doesn’t have any interior lights. It’s usually not a problem, in fact – it’s a blessing to not have to look at how filthy it is. On Monday, though, I drove to work in the rain and what started out as a sprinkle when I left the house became a downpour when I arrived. I felt around in the pitch black for an umbrella, but no luck. (My keychain flashlight broke off. Boooo.) Later I wrote down ‘put a flashlight in the truck’ on my to-do list.
I knew it would be futile. I can’t keep track of flashlights, which is funny because I love them so much. I’ve lost the nice Maglite that used to live in there, and I’ve put other flashlights in there, only to walk off with them and forget to return them. I looked through the flashlight drawer and found….. the perfect thing.
It’s a headlight! I bought it for when we were running wire at St. John! The best part? It’s a Cars headlight!

Ya, I think you’d better keep buying flashlights. It would be a little awkward to walk around while wearing a headlight ALL THE TIME.

We have more flashlights of various sizes than 2 people could ever really use. But you never know where you will be when you need one. We have them accessible in every room, in my car, Daled’s pickup and in my purse. I like them! My brother in law got us the best one -- it’s a flashlight, but if you click it again, it’s like a lantern that you can sit upside down on the counter and not have to hold it!

That’s an adorable light! Great fix! Shine on!

How about the flashlight on the phone?
New software has it or I had a flashlight app.

I think you should use old-fashioned fire torches for your light source. It would add a certain ambiance to your truck.

Brilliant solution… as always!
