Great start.

December 31, 2013

Happy 2014!

I don’t have photos because they are on Lloyd’s phone and he is still over at the Pesters at the time of this writing. Beth and Harold hosted a very nice party that had so many people attending! (Brad, you were missed. I’m glad we could glimpse your FaceTimed self.) Beth had a fondue spread that couldn’t be beat, and everyone had a very nice time. The countdown was observed at 11:00…. and most people stayed! Yikes!

I had to leave early, though, because earlier this afternoon I was walking home from Sam & Rachel’s and my foot slipped off the curb. I believe I have a little sprain on the outside of my left foot. Great. And do you know what I learned driving home tonight? It is very difficult to press the clutch with a hurt foot.

Yep, great start. Off to find some ibuprofen and an ice pack. Happy New Year!

I missed everyone last night too. I celebrated at the same time as everyone there, but it was 12 for me 🙂
I’m just now starting work today. I’m only 7 to 11 though, so that’s good.

Your evening sounds just delightful!! Except for the hurt foot. Darn curbs.

    Happy New Year all!
