So, my Norwex cloths came! (Thanks, Beth!) I actually couldn’t wait for them to arrive, though, so earlier this week I bought a package of 12 cheap-o cloths and have been using them at home and at school. It turns out that this house is really dusty (but not as much now). I am realistic in knowing that this is a phase, but darn it – I’m going to get my money’s worth out of those cloths for a few days.
They are AWESOME at school. I have about four of the cheap ones and the preschoolers are cleaning everything in sight. (Well, everything in sight that is lower than 3 1/2 feet. That’s about their reach.) The school-age boys that had to stay behind to miss the field trip? They had to stay behind for yet another one and on Wednesday they learned how to wash windows. They actually loved it and I’m glad they are gaining some useful skills while serving their sentences.
It’s a microfiber summer!
