We’ve been eating that barbeque every night this week. It’s not that I’m complaining – I’m glad to have a hot meal every night, but poor meal planning is going to cause some burnout in the future.
Tonight I thought I’d make some oven fries to liven things up, but I started them so late they we’re quite done. (Gotta eat by 7, y’know.) as I pulled them from the oven I remembered that we used the last of the ketchup making Lloyd’d barbeque sauce. Dang it!!
Lloyd pulled out different kinds of salad dressings and sauces, but I settled on this:
It is as pink as Pepto Bismol and as garlicky as it isn’t. It was fine. I didn’t care. I am very tired. (There’s a diagonal mirror going from the front top to the back bottom.)

Breakfast cereal: easy to prepare, lots of variety. I had Corn Pops last night.

Lauren,
that was neat last night at church that Samantha knew you…..
Lauren says
Yes! If you get a chance to see her again, tell her ‘hello’ from me! 🙂
Peggy says
Mmmm…..those potatoes look really good! I’ve never sliced them that way before….can you give us the full low down on how to make them?
The whole meal looks good….except for that Pink Stuff. My gag reflex has been activated.
Lauren's mom says
That Pink Stuff looks like Big Mac sauce to me! And by-the-way, the barbecue freezes well.
