Easter was wonderful. I woke up early, got the casserole cooked up and took it to church. My friend was in charge of the breakfast and was short-handed, so I got to do my very favorite thing: cut stuff up. Strawberries! Oranges! Apples! Even a pineapple! It was great.
Later Lloyd and I went to late church and then to Sam and Rachel’s for an Easter dinner that couldn’t be beat. Mmm….. yummy food….. We played with the Spirograph
and also tried some freehand art that we saw some guy do on the internet. Lloyd’s was the most beautiful, which hurt my feelings. Dang it, Lloyd. Quit being better than me.
After some brief napping we hung out at St. John school for awhile. All the sports-inclined people played basketball, and then we grabbed some clay and went back to Sam and Rachel’s. Sam tried to teach me how to be a clay artist, but I fear that is not in the cards. (Photo not available) It was super-fun, though.
And now the day is over. I hope your Easter was as nice!
