Rachel and I had made plans to go see a pond and visit the coolest hardware store in the world, and we convinced the whole family to come along.
It was so fun! The pond has definite camping possibilities, and Beaver Crossing Hardware is an incredible wonder!
It’s in the town of Beaver Crossing, which is impossibly tiny and adorable. The store is made up of four buildings along the street, all connected together. It’s so cool. (No photos of the inside, but here’s a link to their Facebook page.) I bought a poncho and Lloyd bought two shovels! We were on to the next adventure, but we bought some pizza to fuel our journey.
Then we went to a big ol’ junk sale – Gatherings on the Blue. I didn’t buy anything, but it was fun to poke around.
Home for a nap, then t.v. watching. A very good day, indeed.

That store is amazing!
I know a way to fix pictures when they’re like that. I can show you this summer when I’m there.
